Data Entry Specialist
The SCORE Association is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support the marketing team in monitoring and encouraging online chats and entering the data into SCORE systems.
The Data Entry Specialist will provide support in the following areas: data entry, online community management, marketing campaign support. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail and exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills. S/he should also be highly organized and passionate about user engagement and retention. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and has experience using a variety of tools and programs including Microsoft Office, Zoom, WebEx, and Salesforce.

The SCORE Association is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the general activities of the marketing team in their efforts to improve, increase, and promote SCORE services and brand.
The Marketing Specialist will provide support primarily in content development and webinar production. S/he will also assist in the following areas: campaign support, project management, online marketing, partner marketing, and marketing research & analytics.
The ideal candidate possesses strong writing, communication, and organizational skills as well as a sharp eye for accuracy, syntax, grammar, and aesthetics. S/he should also be highly organized and passionate about user engagement and retention. The ideal candidate also has experience in branding and data analysis/measurement.
We’re looking for a self-starter, proactive problem solver and a detail-oriented team player. S/he should be committed to providing superior service, poised under fast-paced pressure and have a relentlessly positive, flexible, 'whatever it takes' attitude.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
SCORE is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO provides executive leadership to SCORE. The CEO reports to and partners closely with the Board of Directors to establish the vision and strategic direction of SCORE. As a champion for SCORE’s vision, the CEO is responsible for implementing the organization’s strategy along with any change management necessary to achieve these objectives.
Through their unwavering vision and passion for SCORE’s success, the CEO motivates, directs and provides guidance to SCORE’s staff members, its local offices and its volunteers. The CEO accomplishes and fulfills the position’s responsibilities by developing, building and cultivating strong relationships, projecting and managing toward the chosen direction, and by strategically enrolling others in creating and sustaining a superior organization.
Mentors are the heart of SCORE, but mentoring is not for everyone. If you still want to help small businesses in your community, there are three other ways to get involved with SCORE:
Subject matter expert: Assist clients with a specific skill set or business strategy based on your area of expertise
Workshop presenter: Create and present educational workshops, moderate roundtable discussion and lead seminars
Chapter support role: Provide overall chapter assistance based on your skills and experience
